Service Advisor – After‑sales Customer Specialist

About the role

The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers throughout the after‑sales journey, managing the vehicle from reception to delivery. You will ensure accurate diagnosis, transparent estimates and timely communication while driving service revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, conduct a complete vehicle walk‑around, and capture detailed concerns.
• Prepare accurate Repair Orders with clear job descriptions, estimates, timelines and obtain customer approvals.
• Identify and recommend additional repairs or value‑added services aligned with OEM service intervals.
• Coordinate with workshop supervisors, technicians, parts and warranty teams to monitor repair progress and meet promised delivery dates.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding status, delays, revised estimates and final delivery scheduling.
• Achieve monthly targets for labour, parts, tyres, batteries, accessories and service contracts.
• Promote menu pricing, service packages and preventive‑maintenance plans.
• Hand over completed vehicles, explain work performed, invoice details and future service recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focus with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive revenue through upselling and value‑added sales.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple repair orders and ensure timely completion.
• Ability to work closely with workshop, parts and warranty teams to deliver a seamless service experience.
