Service Business Head – Lead After‑Sales & Field Services

About the role

MEMF ITS is seeking a Service Business Head to lead its after‑sales and field‑service operations across Saudi Arabia. The role will drive revenue growth, oversee service contracts and ensure high‑quality delivery for smart‑grid and utility solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the service business strategy to increase revenue and profitability.
• Lead after‑sales services, maintenance contracts, SLAs, testing & commissioning, and field‑service operations.
• Expand long‑term lifecycle service and recurring‑revenue opportunities.
• Oversee field‑service teams, spare‑parts management and service delivery to achieve operational excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Monitor service KPIs, financial performance and overall business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering or a related technical field.
• 10–15 years of experience in service business management, after‑sales services and SLA management.
• Proven leadership of field‑service teams and experience with testing & commissioning.
• Strong track record in business development, customer management and revenue growth.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
