Service Operator – Pipeline & Process

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Operator to join its Pipeline and Process Services team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality field services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining safe operation of equipment at the worksite.

Key responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer relations and ensure client satisfaction on‑site.
• Perform equipment rig‑up and rig‑down, preparing tools for each job.
• Operate low‑pressure and high‑pressure pumps, air compressors, chemical metering and filtration equipment safely.
• Conduct necessary calculations, collect and record job data, and distribute information as required.
• Coordinate clean‑up, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Apply competency processes to enhance skills and performance.
• Support safety, environmental, and quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of relevant PSL experience or completion of HES Operator Assistant II training.
• Good knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) and HSE standards.
• Valid motor‑vehicle driver’s licence.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality improvement.
