Service Specialist II – Oilfield Service Role

About the role

We are seeking a Service Specialist II to support oilfield operations at well sites. The role involves delivering high‑quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety and environmental standards. You will work on‑site, coordinating equipment rig‑up/down and supervising field personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer relations and ensure client satisfaction on the worksite.
• Plan and perform calculations required for each well‑site job.
• Coordinate and direct subordinate supervisors, service operators and assistants during equipment rig‑up, rig‑down and preparation.
• Manage clean‑up, repair and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Execute Milling, Cleanout and TCP operations without supervision and assist with Fishing operations.
• Maintain tools redressing, inspection procedures, testing records and monitor load‑outs.

Required profile

• Exceptional service‑line expertise with a solid understanding of related functions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead and negotiate with crew members.
• Commitment to safety awareness, environmental consciousness and HSE compliance.
• Knowledge of Halliburton Management System (HMS) standards and processes.

Required skills

• Interpretation of Well Bore schematics.
• Proficiency with Insite software for operational analysis.
• Experience in Milling, Cleanout, TCP and Fishing operations.
• Tools redressing and inspection procedure execution.
• Basic computer skills.
• Commercial vehicle driving licence (if required).
