ServiceNow Application Developer / Programmer Senior

About the role

We are seeking a senior ServiceNow Application Developer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of critical asset management solutions in Saudi Arabia. You will work with ServiceNow and Azure technologies to improve technology visibility, control, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management modules.
• Develop and manage Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) solutions to enhance software tracking and governance.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom ServiceNow applications aligned with business and operational needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
• Drive technology inventory management, ensuring accurate and accessible asset data.
• Utilize Azure integrations to extend ServiceNow capabilities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, propose improvements, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and operational phases.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, application development, or ServiceNow administration.
• Proven senior‑level expertise in ServiceNow platform development and configuration.
• Strong background in asset management processes (hardware and software).
• Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
