ServiceNow ITSM Consultant

About the role

The ServiceNow ITSM Consultant will support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow ESM solutions for Alfanar. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, maintain platform stability, and help drive process efficiencies across IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements, then translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB, including forms, workflows, business rules, notifications, approvals, and UI policies.
• Develop scripts, APIs, and integrations to meet approved requirements and support platform enhancements.
• Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot defects, and assist with releases, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain CMDB data accuracy, support Discovery processes, and resolve data quality issues.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards, supporting KPI development and operational metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven ability to work with business and IT stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

Required skills

• ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and CMDB configuration.
• ServiceNow Discovery and data population.
• Scripting in JavaScript and API development (REST).
• Workflow design, automation, and integration.
• Report and dashboard creation within ServiceNow.
