ServiceNow Platform Owner (COEI Lead)

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for a strategic leader to build, establish, and run a ServiceNow Center of Excellence and Innovation (CoEI) for a client in Saudi Arabia. The role will define the enterprise vision for ServiceNow, create governance structures, and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the client’s vision for ServiceNow as an enterprise platform, linking it to measurable business outcomes and securing executive sponsorship.
• Own all ServiceNow instances, acting as the single point of accountability for platform oversight.
• Establish and chair strategic governance bodies such as steering committees, demand boards, and design boards.
• Lead change‑management initiatives to accelerate ServiceNow adoption and overcome resistance.
• Design the CoEI structure across strategy, business engagement, platform architecture, and innovation functions.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop high‑performing teams, defining clear career paths and RACI matrices.
• Define ServiceNow‑as‑a‑Service offerings, set SLAs, and manage demand prioritisation.
• Oversee timely delivery of new capabilities, upgrades, workflow optimisation, and training.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in ServiceNow platform administration, implementation, and governance.
• Proven ability to lead a Center of Excellence or similar large‑scale, cross‑functional initiative.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience driving organisational change and building high‑performing teams.
