ServiceNow SPM Consultant

About the role

The ServiceNow SPM Consultant will support the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow Project Portfolio Management solutions, turning business requirements into robust technical designs. The role also includes ongoing support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and administer ServiceNow SPM modules, including applications, forms, workflows, business rules, and notifications.
• Support integration efforts using REST and SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and ensure data synchronization with enterprise systems.
• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain JavaScript scripts and ServiceNow customizations to meet functional needs.
• Participate in testing, deployment, change management, and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow platforms, preferably SPM.
• Ability to acquire updated technical and soft skills related to ServiceNow and IT service management.
