Shift Leader – Housekeeping & Laundry

About the role

Every room has to be perfect. We are looking for an Executive Housekeeper to ensure our housekeeping and laundry standards never slip, delivering memorable guest experiences across all stays.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team dedicated to exceptional housekeeping and laundry standards.
• Maintain and order supplies and equipment while minimizing waste in line with green initiatives.
• Assist in preparing budgets to maximise profitability.
• Address special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and VIP Club members.
• Support deep‑cleaning projects and help the team during busy periods.
• Educate team members on compliance with federal, state, local laws and safety standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Business language and tools acumen.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a catering or related setting.
• Direct supervisory experience over a sales/catering team or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Must speak the local language(s).
• Additional qualifications may be required per brand standards.
