About the role

Join Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, as a Shift Supervisor. You will lead the daily shift, guiding a team of baristas to deliver the Starbucks Experience through high‑quality service, beverages, and products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage each shift, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Coach and develop barista partners, fostering a positive learning environment.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash, manage inventory, and oversee store profitability.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to set priorities, delegate tasks, and drive sales.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or coaching experience in a customer‑facing retail or hospitality role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions on the floor.
• Ability to motivate a team and deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
