Shift Technician – HVAC Maintenance

About the role

The Shift Technician (HVAC) is responsible for ensuring the hotel’s mechanical systems operate efficiently around the clock. Working on‑site at the Riyadh property, you will support guest comfort by maintaining heating, ventilation, air‑conditioning, refrigeration and related equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air‑quality control, and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of the mechanical plant and monitor property temperature.
• Analyze energy and utilities usage and calibrate controls, gauges, meters and related devices.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and electronic wiring.
• Install and maintain pipe assemblies, fittings, valves and related components.
• Perform routine pool and spa maintenance as required.
• Follow all company safety, security and environmental policies, reporting hazards and completing required training.
• Provide courteous guest service, maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience with HVAC, refrigeration or related mechanical systems.
• Technical, trade or vocational school education in a related field.
• No supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• EPA Universal Certification.
• HVAC Certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
