Showroom Manager - Luxury Retail

About the role

An experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager is sought to lead a newly opened showroom in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has a strong background in luxury retail, excellent leadership skills and a proven ability to drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall showroom operations, sales performance and daily activities, reporting them to management
• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets
• Deliver a premium customer experience in line with the brand's luxury positioning
• Maintain showroom presentation, visual merchandising and brand standards
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, stock movement and customer feedback
• Build strong customer relationships and develop business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports and give regular updates to management
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational standards
• Coordinate with head office on stock requirements, promotions and business activities
• Support the growth and market positioning of the brand in Riyadh

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in showroom management or luxury retail
• Proven track record in sales management and team leadership
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required
• Experience in luxury furniture, bedding, interiors or home furnishings is an advantage
