Showroom Supervisor

Syarah is transforming car buying in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East with a fully digital experience. We are seeking an ambitious Showroom Supervisor to lead our showroom sales team, drive performance, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless, professional buying journey.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily showroom operations and manage the sales team to meet efficiency targets.
• Set daily and monthly sales targets, monitor KPIs, and drive the team toward achieving them.
• Coach, motivate, and develop Sales Officers through regular feedback and on‑the‑job training.
• Oversee customer traffic, lead follow‑ups, conversions, and overall sales performance.
• Ensure customers receive a welcoming, high‑quality experience throughout the purchase process.
• Support complex inquiries, negotiations, complaints, and escalations.
• Verify that vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and purchase procedures are clearly communicated.
• Coordinate inspections, test drives, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation for financing and regulatory purposes.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance partners, and internal teams to finalize sales and maximize profitability.
• Track the sales pipeline, generate performance reports, and implement improvement actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising a retail or automotive showroom sales team.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to analyze performance data and act on insights.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and documentation.
