Shuttering Carpenter – 20 Positions

About the role

We are hiring experienced Shuttering Carpenters skilled in constructing formwork for concrete structures, including beams, columns, slabs, and foundations. The role involves interpreting construction drawings and working independently or as part of a team on large‑scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Build, assemble, and install formwork for concrete pouring.
• Construct molds for slabs, beams, columns, and foundations.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and metal formwork materials.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and work specifications.
• Ensure proper alignment and leveling of shuttering structures.
• Dismantle formwork after concrete has set.
• Maintain tools and follow safety procedures on‑site.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Shuttering/Formwork Carpenter.
• Ability to read drawings and measure accurately.
• Experience in commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding site conditions.
• Transferable Iqama preferred.
