Siebel Architect – Remote (Saudi Telecom Project)

About the role

We are seeking a senior Siebel Architect to lead the design, performance optimisation and technical governance of Saudi Telecom Company’s three large‑scale Oracle Siebel CRM platforms (B2C, B2B and Loyalty). The role is fully remote and supports ongoing transformation and migration initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership for all Siebel CRM environments.
• Drive performance tuning, advanced troubleshooting and platform stability.
• Define and enforce technical governance standards.
• Support migration, transformation and cloud adoption programmes, including Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align CRM solutions with business objectives.

Required profile

• 10+ years of hands‑on Oracle Siebel CRM experience.
• Proven track record as a Siebel Architect in large enterprise settings.
• Strong background in large‑scale, customer‑facing CRM platforms.
• Telecom industry experience is highly preferred.
• Exposure to Oracle Exadata Cloud@Customer and migration programmes is a plus.
