Signage & Wayfinding Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Dressing & Signage Coordinator to support the delivery of a major international football tournament in Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity for professionals with experience in event operations, signage, branding, production, venue operations, exhibitions, activations, visual merchandising, or other transferable event‑related environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery and installation of event dressing, branding and signage across assigned areas.
• Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure requirements are delivered on time and to specification.
• Support site inspections, installation schedules and quality checks.
• Monitor signage and branding requirements throughout the event lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve operational issues related to dressing and signage.
• Maintain accurate trackers, plans and documentation.
• Support the wider venue and event operations teams as required.

Required profile

• Prior experience in signage, wayfinding, or facilities coordination preferred.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in events, exhibitions, activations, production, venue operations, branding, signage, retail/visual merchandising, or a similar environment.
