Site Access Responsible

About the role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for an Indoor Site Access Responsible to lead end‑to‑end access management for new indoor mobile network sites in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate access‑related tasks with clients, vendors, tower companies and service providers to ensure smooth Indoor RAN rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients to facilitate Indoor RAN rollout activities.
• Define, align and monitor stakeholder processes to ensure compliance with access protocols (TMS, CRQ, TCN, Special Access).
• Manage all customer documentation required for site access.
• Engage tower companies and service providers to develop clear access request and approval procedures.
• Supervise and control all RAN rollout access activities, monitoring service provider responses and SLA fulfillment.
• Maintain reporting, documentation tracking and status communication.

Required profile

• Based in Al Khobar with full travel flexibility across Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom site access, rollout coordination, PR engagement or site acquisition support.
• Experience with local authorities such as TAWAL, Mobily, STC, Salam or Aramco.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.
• Strong documentation, reporting and follow‑up capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
