Site Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Site Civil Engineer to join a well‑established construction company in Riyadh. The role involves supervising on‑site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinating with all project stakeholders to deliver high‑quality results.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily on‑site construction work and verify adherence to project plans.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.
• Monitor progress, schedules and quality standards to meet project deadlines.
• Enforce safety regulations, company policies and local building codes.
• Review drawings, technical documents and material submittals.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates and technical documentation.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Implement quality control procedures throughout construction phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Site Civil Engineer, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and site execution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Effective communication and coordination skills with on‑site teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work full‑time on site and manage multiple tasks.
