Site Engineer – FitOut (Immediate Joiners)

About the role

AMAQ Interiors is seeking a Site Engineer for its FitOut projects across Saudi Arabia. The role may involve acting as a project manager on smaller retail or office assignments, while focusing on site‑engineer duties on larger developments. Immediate availability (within 10 days) is required.

Key responsibilities

• Run the site on schedule independently.
• Organise and maintain the site and site office professionally.
• Coordinate daily with the procurement team to keep material deliveries on track.
• Ensure execution of works meets premium quality standards.
• Implement AMAQ’s quality checklist rigorously on site.
• Maintain a safe environment, conduct daily housekeeping, and document safety measures.
• Verify that all works follow approved layouts, markings and drawings.
• Prepare and submit required documentation such as WIR, MIR, MAS, RFI and drawings.
• Operate from project sites (Dammam, Riyadh, Jeddah or other major cities) and attend the Riyadh headquarters as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years GCC experience as a Site Engineer on FitOut projects.
• Civil or Architectural Engineering degree.
• Fluent English with rapid response communication (≤15 minutes during duty hours).
• Can join within 10 days of offer.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading and modifying drawings on AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit (advantage).
