Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our Projects Department and support the smooth execution of construction activities on site. The role involves monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily site activities to ensure progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Implement site works according to approved drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design requirements.
• Supervise concrete works, ensuring quality control and coordination with suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct daily inspections with the Quality Control team and consultants to identify and resolve deviations.
• Prepare progress reports outlining milestones, challenges, and overall project status.
• Collaborate with the Construction Manager to plan construction phases.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and effective inventory management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
