Site Engineer

About the role

The Site Engineer will supervise and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, engineering codes, and company standards. This role supports safe, efficient, and on‑time project delivery while contributing to the firm’s strategic objectives of operational excellence, client‑centric growth, and sustainable innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction work on site and verify that it follows approved documentation.
• Inspect workmanship and materials to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and report deviations to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical queries.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong site supervision and inspection capabilities.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
• Familiarity with engineering codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Understanding of health, safety, and risk management principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
