Site Engineer – Luxury Fit‑Out Projects

We are a leading luxury fit‑out contractor delivering high‑quality retail, commercial, and residential projects. Our reputation is built on exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and seamless delivery for prestigious clients, designers, and developers. We are now seeking an experienced Site Engineer who can lead high‑end fit‑out projects from mobilisation through to handover, ensuring excellence at every stage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring work meets the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site labour.
• Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Plan site programmes, monitor progress, and track milestones for timely delivery.
• Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain communication with project managers, designers, clients, and consultants.
• Conduct quality inspections, snagging, and oversee finishing works to luxury standards.
• Identify risks, resolve site issues promptly, and implement effective solutions.
• Manage material deliveries, site logistics, and resource allocation.
• Lead site meetings, prepare daily/weekly reports, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure final handover is defect‑free and aligned with client expectations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in high‑end or luxury fit‑out projects (retail, commercial, hospitality).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Proven track record of managing finishing, joinery, and MEP coordination in high‑end interiors.
• Ability to handle pressure, fast‑paced schedules, and demanding clients.

Required skills

• Construction sequencing and site safety management.
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination.
• Interpretation of architectural and interior design drawings.
• Supervision of finishing and joinery works to luxury standards.
