Site Manager – Helicopter Maintenance

About the role

The Site Manager will lead the on‑site helicopter maintenance team in Khamis Mushait, ensuring all operational, quality and safety requirements of the contract are met. This role is pivotal for delivering scheduled and unscheduled maintenance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, assign and control daily duties of the maintenance team, including preventive, corrective and routine work.
• Ensure compliance with all Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control regulations and Airbus Helicopters management systems.
• Provide monthly KPI reports and performance updates to management.
• Monitor operational issues, track corrective actions and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the correct use, control and return of aircraft parts and materials.
• Verify aircraft status, sign Release to Service and ensure all work is documented in the Airbus Helicopter Management System.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading a team of maintenance technicians in an aviation environment.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks with a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Effective communication of safety, quality and process updates to on‑site personnel.
