Site Manager, HV Turnkey Project

About the role

The Site Manager for the HV Turnkey Project will lead the planning, execution and delivery of high‑voltage underground cable projects in Dammam. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure projects meet strict deadlines, stay within budget and achieve the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop full‑scale project plans, schedules and communication documents using tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Coordinate resources, third‑party contractors and consultants, and manage budgets and procurement.
• Monitor project milestones, track progress, and produce status reports and presentations.
• Identify and resolve issues, manage risks, and implement contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor and supervise the project team and contractors to ensure accountability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management or related field.
• Professional PMP certification.
• Proven experience in project/site management of underground HV/HT cable transmission projects.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• Technical drawing tools including AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio.
• PMP certification (project management professional).
