Site Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Site Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of multidisciplinary building projects, from mobilisation through to commissioning and handover. The role requires strong leadership, technical coordination and commercial oversight to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute project strategies, schedules, milestones and delivery targets, monitoring performance against time, cost, quality and safety objectives.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, method statements and Saudi regulations.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, landscape and specialist disciplines, reviewing drawings, shop drawings and submittals to resolve design clashes.
• Manage client, consultant, contractor and authority interfaces, leading progress and technical coordination meetings.
• Control budgets, variations and claims, identifying commercial risks early and supporting the commercial team.
• Track progress against baseline schedules, implement corrective actions and provide accurate status reports to senior management.
• Drive quality, HSE compliance and risk mitigation, coordinating inspections, testing and non‑conformance resolution.
• Lead project close‑out activities, including snagging, commissioning, as‑built documentation and final handover.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience managing multidisciplinary building projects from inception to handover.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, make timely decisions and maintain control over schedule, cost, quality and safety.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, materials and Saudi construction codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Primavera P6 or MS Project for schedule management.
• AutoCAD for drawing review and coordination.
• MS Office suite for reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with Saudi construction standards, codes and authority requirements.
