Site Reliability Engineer / DevSecOps

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer with a strong DevSecOps background to design, operate, and secure sovereign cloud environments on AWS and GCP. You will combine cloud operations, security engineering, and SRE practices to ensure platform reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage sovereign cloud strategies on AWS/GCP, meeting regulatory and data‑residency requirements.
• Operate Kubernetes clusters, handling upgrades, scaling, and workload optimization.
• Lead security incident response, investigate and remediate cloud security issues, and proactively mitigate vulnerabilities.
• Implement security automation, policy‑driven responses, and promote DevSecOps best practices.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines in Git/GitLab, ensuring secure automated deployments.
• Manage secrets and access controls with HashiCorp Vault, including token lifecycle and rotation.
• Monitor system health with Datadog, define SLIs/SLOs, and drive reliability improvements following SRE principles.
• Handle 24x7 alerting and incident management via PagerDuty, perform root‑cause analysis, and contribute to change management.
• Automate routine tasks using Python, Bash, and Ansible to increase efficiency and resilience.

Required profile

• 5–15 years of experience in cloud operations, security, and reliability engineering.
• Deep understanding of cloud security, networking fundamentals, and compliance‑driven environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional incident response and drive continuous improvement.
