Site Supervisor – Construction Project Lead

About the role

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on‑site fit‑out activities, ensuring that works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and client representatives to achieve seamless project execution and successful handover.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work follows approved drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Conduct site surveys, set‑out interior finishes and monitor progress against the project schedule.
• Prepare detailed work programmes and schedules using MS Project and maintain daily progress reports with photographic records.
• Coordinate trades (civil, joinery, MEP, finishing) and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, mall management and clients.
• Manage QA/QC processes, arrange inspections, raise and close snag lists and NCRs.
• Enforce HSE policies, conduct toolbox talks and ensure proper use of PPE on site.
• Monitor material deliveries, storage, usage and minimise waste.
• Obtain required permits and coordinate approvals with authorities and consultants.
• Verify subcontractor quantities, support cost control and review timesheets.
• Maintain project documentation (drawings, RFIs, approvals) and prepare handover close‑out packages.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers and multiple stakeholders.
• Good understanding of HSE regulations and safe working practices.
• Excellent organisational and reporting skills.
