Skilled Helper – Production Support

About the role

The Skilled Helper supports the production line in Napco National’s diaper and feminine hygiene manufacturing plant. You will work closely with machine operators to keep the line running smoothly, ensuring raw materials and waste handling are organized and that safety standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange raw materials in their designated locations and maintain continuous availability to prevent machine stoppages.
• Place waste trolleys and bins correctly and keep the work area tidy.
• Assist the operator with machine set‑up, size changes, and minor clean‑up tasks.
• Follow the operator’s instructions and coordinate cleaning or repacking during short interruptions.
• Comply with safety and environmental procedures, attend HSE toolbox talks, and participate in OH&S management system activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or technical diploma in a relevant field.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic understanding of machine operation, safety practices, and production processes.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment producing baby diapers, feminine napkins, under pads, and adult diapers.
