Skincare Promoter – Retail Brand Representative

About the role

Bonn Medical Industries, a Saudi‑based manufacturer of healthcare and beauty products, is expanding its retail presence across Saudi Arabia. We are looking for enthusiastic Skincare Promoters to represent our skincare brands in pharmacies, beauty stores, malls and other retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and engage customers at assigned points of sale, understand their skin concerns and recommend suitable Bonn products and basic skincare routines.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage and key differentiators, and answer customer questions to create a positive consultation experience.
• Promote products, drive conversions, and achieve individual sales and promotional targets.
• Maintain professional merchandising, ensure product displays follow brand guidelines and report stock shortages.
• Collect and report customer feedback, FAQs, competitor observations and regular activity reports.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia and available for full‑time work in the assigned region.
• Hands‑on experience in skincare, cosmetics, beauty retail or product promotion, with a good understanding of common skin concerns and ingredients.
• Proven ability to sell directly to consumers, meet sales targets and work flexible retail schedules.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and fluency in Arabic (basic English acceptable).
