SOC Architect

About the role

Penta Consulting is looking for an experienced SOC Architect to lead the design, deployment and optimisation of Security Operations Center (SOC) and SIEM platforms in Riyadh. The role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to translate security requirements into robust, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture of SOC and SIEM platforms, from design through deployment and ongoing optimisation.
• Design and implement SIEM solutions, including log ingestion, parsing, correlation, alerting and retention strategies.
• Define, develop and implement SOC use cases and detection logic aligned with threat frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Collaborate with incident response teams to ensure seamless security workflows.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a SOC Architect, SIEM Architect or Senior SIEM Engineer.
• Hands‑on expertise with major SIEM technologies.
• Solid understanding of SOC operations, incident response processes and security workflows.
• Experience in enterprise or managed security environments is desirable.
• Knowledge of cloud security services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and relevant security certifications is a plus.
