Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

The Social Media & Community Manager will own end‑to‑end marketing communication for both Fina Capital and Mowaridi, ensuring consistent messaging across online and offline channels. You will coordinate with multiple internal teams to keep campaigns on schedule and aligned with business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own and review all marketing communication output for both brands.
• Collaborate with business teams to align on priorities, offers, and upcoming plans.
• Plan performance‑marketing budgets and brief the Media Buyer team.
• Manage communication timelines, tracking deadlines and preventing slips.
• Coordinate with Social Media to ensure consistent messaging and aligned campaigns.
• Build and maintain online and offline communication plans.
• Work with Creative to ensure clear messaging across assets.
• Partner with Customer Support to create content that addresses common questions.
• Produce weekly activity reports and monthly summary reports.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing communication, preferably managing multiple brands or product lines.
• Proven ability to plan performance‑marketing budgets and brief media‑buying teams.
• Strong project‑management instincts with a focus on timelines.
• Excellent written communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with business, creative, social, and performance teams.
