Social Media Executive & Content Creator

About the role

The Social Media Executive & Content Creator will drive day‑to‑day execution, content planning and community engagement for multiple client accounts across a range of digital platforms. Working within a fast‑paced agency environment, you will collaborate with strategists, designers, photographers, videographers and account managers to produce high‑quality, brand‑aligned content that supports client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging captions, visuals, reels, videos and stories that reflect each client’s brand identity and marketing goals.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for several clients spanning diverse industries.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers and videographers to produce impactful assets and ensure platform‑specific optimization.
• Attend photo and video shoots, manage shot lists, mood boards and on‑set workflow, and capture content for static, video, reels and behind‑the‑scenes formats.
• Cover events, launches and activations in real time, producing live photos, videos and stories.
• Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube and other channels.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and maintain an active brand presence.
• Track performance, generate reports and recommend optimisation tactics to improve reach and engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook and YouTube platforms.
• Experience creating and editing visual and video content for digital channels.
• Familiarity with content calendars and social media scheduling tools.
