Social Media Executive

About the role

The Social Media Executive will support the Social Media Manager in delivering engaging content and growing the online presence of beauty‑brand clients. You will work closely with the Community Manager and other team members to ensure consistent messaging and audience interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve client page performance across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms.
• Create and schedule graphics, videos and copy that follow brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager to monitor comments, messages and audience feedback.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests and influencer collaborations.
• Track performance metrics using analytics tools and contribute to regular reporting.
• Research trends, competitors and industry content to generate fresh ideas.
• Support administrative tasks such as organizing assets, meeting coordination and timeline management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for beauty brands.
• Strong understanding of beauty trends, products and audience behavior.
• Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration tracking.
• Comfortable presenting content calendars and adapting to client feedback.
• Awareness of how organic and paid social strategies work together.
