About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on developing and executing digital marketing strategies that boost brand presence and drive customer engagement in the Food & Beverage sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent, engaging content across all channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns while monitoring performance and ROI.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce high‑quality marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, events, and seasonal marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Previous experience in the Food & Beverage or restaurant industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
