Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will join International Catering & Trading Co. in Jeddah to create and publish engaging content that promotes the company’s catering and trading services. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on building brand awareness, driving audience interaction, and supporting broader marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Maintain social media calendars, monitor channels, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
• Optimize posts for reach and engagement using platform best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather visual and written assets.
• Run basic campaigns and promotions, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Required profile

• Strong experience managing major social platforms and scheduling tools.
• Ability to produce clear written copy and basic visual assets aligned with brand voice.
• Graphic design competence; photographic skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in analyzing social media data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, audience targeting, and basic advertising concepts.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time‑management abilities.
• Relevant experience in social media, marketing or communications; experience in catering, hospitality or restaurants is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English; based in Jeddah with transferable Iqama if not Saudi.
