Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to own client relationships and create compelling content across platforms. The role combines account management, content creation, and performance analysis to drive engagement for our clients in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understand objectives and develop actionable content plans.
• Manage timelines, approvals, and keep internal and client teams aligned.
• Present work, results, and recommendations to clients with confidence.
• Identify growth opportunities and deepen client relationships.
• Develop native, platform‑first content ideas and write on‑brand copy for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and LinkedIn.
• Manage publishing calendars, schedule posts, and handle day‑to‑day posting.
• Collaborate with content creators to bring concepts to life.
• Oversee community management, responding to comments, DMs, and driving WhatsApp and lead‑gen conversations.
• Track performance metrics, report results, and adjust strategy based on data.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and translate them into brand‑relevant content quickly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, account management, or a blend, preferably agency background.
• Proven track record of content that generated real engagement and growth.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, able to write natural copy in both languages, including Saudi dialect.
• Confident communicator capable of managing clients and presenting work professionally.
• Strong sense for hooks, trends, and attention‑grabbing content.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Comfortable using scheduling tools and basic design platforms.
