Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist to lead the development, management and optimisation of our corporate social media presence. The role will ensure that all content aligns with brand standards and supports our communication objectives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate accounts on X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Snapchat.
• Create and curate on‑brand, engaging content in partnership with content and communications teams.
• Design and execute strategies to grow reach, increase engagement and expand the audience.
• Monitor analytics, track trends and performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide guidance and training to junior social media specialists as needed.
• Maintain professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
• Strong command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent organisational, teamwork and multitasking abilities.
• Professional portfolio or demonstrable track record of social media work.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety requirements.
