Social Media Specialist

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to join its marketing team. The specialist develops, implements and manages the social media strategy to raise brand awareness, engage the community and drive traffic to digital platforms. The role is on-site in Al Khobar.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling content and manage social media channels
• Monitor performance metrics and analyse data to optimise campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep the brand consistent across all platforms
• Plan, create and publish social media campaigns, including content development and social media calendar management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, with a preference for Public Relations
• 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital communications, public relations or content creation
• Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and professional-level English
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle high volumes of work
