Software Account Manager

About the role

Adree is looking for a Software Account Manager to drive product deployment and business development by translating customer challenges into tailored digital solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to showcase the value of our software services and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand digital transformation goals.
• Deliver presentations, product demos, and business proposals that highlight software features and service capabilities.
• Compile detailed reports on customer needs, product friction points, market activities, and potential product variations for product and engineering teams.
• Provide commercial insights, define pricing schedules, manage discount structures, and secure leadership approvals throughout the client lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional technical teams to align expectations, resolve client cases, and ensure successful delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, product roadmaps, and IT sector shifts to position solutions effectively.
• Conduct discovery calls, cold outreach, networking events, and social selling workshops to identify new technical opportunities.
• Participate in Agile sales alignment sessions and maintain accurate pipeline metrics in the CRM to meet KPI targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3‑7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, IT solutions sales, or technology account management with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a territory, profile accounts, and lead end‑to‑end B2B sales cycles.
• Strong analytical skills for pipeline tracking and customer profiling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
