Software Craftsperson – Flutter & React (Remote, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

This remote position is for a mid‑level Software Craftsperson who will work on mobile product features using Flutter, Dart and React. You will join a team that embeds AI into the development workflow and values test‑driven development, clean code, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver product features and medium‑sized engineering challenges.
• Apply sound technical judgment to produce reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Take ownership of feature‑level outcomes, proactively raising quality, design and delivery concerns.
• Break down ambiguous problems, identify risks and dependencies early.
• Deliver small, valuable increments frequently while maintaining a high quality bar.
• Write clean, test‑driven code and continuously refactor existing implementations.
• Apply software craftsmanship principles such as tidy‑first and scout‑rule practices.
• Consider performance, security, usability and scalability when designing solutions.
• Collaborate transparently with teammates, sharing progress, blockers and decisions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate design, testing and delivery.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience developing applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong hands‑on experience building and maintaining mobile applications for both Android and iOS.
• Experience with state‑management solutions in Flutter.
• Mid‑level engineer passionate about high‑quality, maintainable software.
