Software Craftsperson – Node.js, React.js & AI (Remote, Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Craftsperson with strong Node.js, React.js and AI development experience to join a remote, AI‑native engineering team. You will own the design, development and continuous improvement of high‑quality, scalable systems while working closely with product teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack production applications using Node.js, React.js and AI‑enhanced tools.
• Apply software craftsmanship practices such as test‑driven development, clean code, refactoring and continuous delivery.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, including front‑end, back‑end services, infrastructure and deployment.
• Collaborate through pair programming, peer reviews and proactive teamwork to raise engineering quality.
• Work with product owners to understand problems, define solutions and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Participate in a culture of continuous learning, experimentation and technical excellence.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years of full‑stack software development experience in production environments.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with a product‑mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Experience working in Agile and Extreme Programming (XP) settings with continuous deployment.
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges autonomously.
