Software Engineer – Design and Develop Scalable Software

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to designing and developing reliable, scalable software solutions. The successful candidate will develop applications and systems, improve performance and stability, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software applications and systems aligned with business and product requirements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in chosen programming languages.
• Develop new features, enhance existing applications, and integrate APIs.
• Test software, identify defects, and implement effective solutions to ensure quality and stability.
• Analyze technical issues, determine root causes, and apply appropriate fixes.
• Improve application performance, scalability, and system stability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams to achieve product objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best development practices.
• Document technical solutions, system architecture, and software features.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one language: Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of databases and API development.
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
• Understanding of software development principles and writing maintainable, scalable code.
