Software Engineer (Front and Back end)

About the role

This position is for a Software Engineer (Front and Back end) based in Saudi Arabia. You will work across both frontend and backend development, building reliable, scalable applications in modern cloud environments. The role involves hands‑on coding, deployment automation and continuous delivery within an Agile team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, JavaScript, Python and related technologies.
• Build modern web interfaces with HTML5, CSS3 and frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js, including state‑management libraries.
• Contribute to backend services and integrations using Java, Python, C# or .NET.
• Design, deploy and operate containerised workloads on Kubernetes, Helm, Docker or similar platforms.
• Support application deployment on cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, OpenStack or OpenShift.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated build processes and configuration tools.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, use JIRA and Confluence for planning and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver project objectives.

Required profile

• 4‑year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience with at least one of Java, JavaScript or Python.
• Strong knowledge of core web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, ES6+ JavaScript).
• Hands‑on experience with a major frontend framework (React, Angular or Vue.js).
• Familiarity with containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm) and cloud deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development practices.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
