Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to develop, maintain and enhance software solutions that support retail operations, ensuring seamless connectivity across stores, sales, inventory, ERP, POS and e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications that support retail processes.
• Design, build and manage integrations between ERP, POS, e‑commerce, inventory and payment systems.
• Ensure accurate data flow between physical stores and central systems.
• Troubleshoot software issues, system errors and integration failures.
• Collaborate with Retail, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Support system setup and integrations for new store openings.
• Monitor application performance and improve reliability, scalability and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• Experience in software development and system integration.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and good communication skills in Arabic and English.
