Software Engineer – Remote (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high‑impact backend services that power secure and scalable digital financial solutions. Based in Saudi Arabia and working fully remotely, you will join an international engineering team focused on finance, blockchain, and cloud technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain robust backend services and applications.
• Own software components throughout their lifecycle, from architecture to production monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Build secure, fault‑tolerant, and scalable solutions for large user bases.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams and business stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, including microservices, cloud‑native and distributed systems.
• Apply modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, automated testing and continuous delivery.
• Utilize Event‑Driven Architecture and Domain‑Driven Design to create maintainable systems.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles.
• Experience with at least one programming language, preferably Python.
• Background in backend development and building reliable services.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and working in a remote, collaborative environment.
