Solution Architect – Enterprise

About the role

You will lead the design and implementation of innovative, scalable technology solutions that support core corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement and Operations. Embedded in the Enterprise Architecture and Technology Strategy function, you will partner with business units to optimise processes, boost productivity and align technology with Riyadh Air’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct solution reviews, risk assessments and technical validation throughout project delivery.
• Work closely with data, infrastructure and security EA teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards.
• Drive transformation initiatives and instil best practices across the enterprise.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience creating architecture roadmaps and operational models across technology, application and data layers for high‑availability systems.
• At least 5 years as a Solutions Architect with extensive ERP application experience.
• TOGAF and SAFe (Architect) certifications are a plus.
• Experience with cloud‑native design for ERP solutions, preferably Oracle ERP and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
