Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate the full power of the Cisco portfolio to design and deliver transformative technical outcomes aligned with customers' strategic business goals.
• Architect comprehensive, multi‑architecture solutions across networking, security, cloud, and AI to build resilient platforms for digital success.
• Lead end‑to‑end technical strategy and customized proofs‑of‑value to demonstrate the art of the possible and solve critical technical challenges.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive‑level stakeholders, providing expert guidance on modern IT complexities and emerging AI opportunities.
• Influence the future of Cisco products by serving as a critical feedback loop between customers and internal engineering and product teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in a pre‑sales engineering or similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Significant technical experience in at least two of the following areas: Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, or Collaboration.
• Substantial experience delivering technical presentations to internal partners or external customers.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical relationships with customers and partners.
• Deep, cross‑architectural understanding of how technology domains intersect, especially security with cloud strategy.
• Proven experience leading complex technical sales cycles for large‑scale enterprise accounts.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid infrastructure.
