About the role
We are looking for an experienced Spa Manager to lead our luxury spa operations in Riyadh. The successful candidate will bring a strong background in five‑star hotel or resort environments and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service quality.
- Lead, train, motivate and develop a high‑performing team of therapists and support staff.
- Drive revenue growth and increase sales through effective marketing and service offering strategies.
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
- Maintain strong customer service focus, resolving issues promptly and creating memorable experiences.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience in a luxury hotel or resort spa setting.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness practices and market trends.
