Spa Manager – Mindful Luxury Resort

About the role

The Spa Manager at Life in Balance Spa, Miraval The Red Sea, leads daily operations to deliver mindful, luxury wellness experiences. You will integrate spa therapies, bodywork, beauty services and holistic practices while fostering a supportive environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all spa services, ensuring quality, consistency and a relaxing environment.
• Lead, mentor and schedule a team of spa professionals, conducting performance reviews and training.
• Develop and launch new spa programs, retreats and seasonal experiences aligned with wellness trends.
• Manage budgeting, inventory, supply ordering and revenue tracking to meet business targets.
• Collaborate with wellness, fitness and marketing teams to create integrated guest experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in spa management, wellness or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of spa management or senior leadership experience in a luxury resort or destination spa.
• Advanced certifications in spa therapies or mindfulness practices are a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools for scheduling and guest tracking.
• Experience in budgeting, inventory management and supply ordering.
• Program management and development of wellness offerings.
