About the role

As the first point of contact for guests at Shebara Resort, the Spa Receptionist delivers a seamless, five‑star experience from check‑in to check‑out, embodying the luxury and professionalism of Red Sea Global Hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, creating a serene and luxurious first impression.
• Manage spa reservations and booking systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Answer phone calls and emails, providing detailed information on treatments, pricing, and promotional packages.
• Assist guests in selecting treatments, offering personalized recommendations.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and amendments promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct guest check‑in and check‑out, handling billing, payments, and special requests.
• Maintain an immaculate reception area that reflects a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
• Promote and sell spa services, packages, and retail products with expert knowledge.
• Support therapist scheduling and treatment‑room coordination to optimise guest experience.
• Monitor guest feedback, report concerns to the Spa Manager, and handle inquiries or complaints diplomatically.
